There are two ways to temporarily or permanently close your 1xpet account. The first is Self-Exclusion — available through your account settings or by emailing support@1xpet.ws. You can choose to close your account for as little as 24 hours, or for 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanently. During this period, login, betting, and deposits will all be disabled. The second option is a Cooling-Off Period — temporarily deactivate your account for a few days; it will reactivate automatically once the period ends. For a permanent account closure, you will need to verify your identity with our support team before submitting the request. If you have a remaining balance, please make a withdrawal before closing your account.

If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the outcome of your bets depends on how much of the match was played. As a general rule: if the match is cancelled before it begins, all bets are fully refunded. If the match starts but is abandoned midway, 1xpet settles bets in accordance with international sports rules — for cricket, the DLS method or official result is applied. For example, if a cricket match is stopped due to rain, markets where a result has already been determined are settled accordingly, while the remaining markets are voided.
