These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") 1xpet These Terms govern the relationship between the platform and its users ("you" or "member"). By creating an account on 1xpet or using any of its services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

1xpet is an online betting and casino platform operating under an international gaming licence, serving users in Bangladesh and a number of other countries.

Although these Terms & Conditions are published in Bengali, the legally binding document is the English version. In the event of any mistranslation or ambiguity, the English version shall prevail.

To open an account at 1xpet, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years must be
• You must provide your real name, date of birth, and accurate contact information.
• Each individual may hold only one account.
• Registration is not permitted from countries where online gaming is prohibited by law
• Operating an account on behalf of another person or using third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited

The security of your 1xpet account is primarily your responsibility. Keep your password and login credentials confidential and do not share them with anyone.

• Use a strong password — combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters
• Keep Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled at all times
• Avoid logging in from public or shared devices
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact Support immediately
• You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 1xpet Support immediately. Please note that 1xpet cannot guarantee compensation in such cases.

1xpet supports deposits and withdrawals for Bangladeshi users via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply at all times:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳50
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Daily withdrawal limit without KYC verification: ৳50,000
• Daily limits upon completion of KYC verification: ৳2,00,000
• Deposited funds will only be refunded to the registered payment method used.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted

To prevent money laundering, 1xpet regularly monitors transactions. If unusual activity is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended pending verification.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on 1xpet:

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or modified (except via the Cash-Out feature).
• Pre-match bets will not be accepted once a match has kicked off
• 1xpet reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet will be voided and the stake will be refunded
• Live betting may be subject to delays; where such delays affect the outcome, 1xpet's decision is final.

1xpet reserves the right to change odds at any time. However, odds on bets that have already been accepted will not be altered.

1xpet regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Please read the following terms carefully before taking advantage of them:

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members on their first deposit only; can be claimed once
• Wagering Requirement: Bonus amounts are generally subject to a wagering requirement of 5x to 30x — please refer to the specific offer for full details
• Duration: Each bonus has a set expiry date; any bonus that is not used within that period will be forfeited
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid for specific games or categories.
• Misuse: Any attempt to abuse bonuses may result in the bonus being voided and the account being blocked

1xpet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. The terms applicable at the time the bonus is claimed are final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1xpet and will result in permanent account closure:

• Assisting or participating in match-fixing or manipulation of sporting events
• Bonus abuse through multiple accounts (arbitrage betting)
• Registering with a false identity or stolen identification documents
• Money laundering through third-party payment methods
• Use of bots or automated systems to exploit platform software or odds
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other members' accounts
• Knowingly exploiting a technical error for personal gain

1xpet may temporarily or permanently suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of false information
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion or responsible gaming request)
• Under the direction of legal authorities

To close your account, please contact Support. Make sure to withdraw any remaining wallet balance before the account is closed.

1xpet accepts no liability in relation to the following:

• In the event of internet disconnection or losses caused by third-party technical issues
• Losses resulting from the member's own negligence or error
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or cyberattacks
• On profits expected but not received from betting

1xpet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via email or in-app notification.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Please review this page regularly.
